Where can I park?
Anywhere!!! The Oviedo mall has ample parking and 4 entrances, as well as an entrance with our friends at District Eat & Play and Dillard's!
Accessible parking for wheelchairs and placard holders exists at each entrance to the mall!
I lost my -blank- at Goblin Market! Do you have a lost and found?
Yes! Check in at Info Booth! If you lost something like a phone or wallet, check the Merch booth! We keep valuables safe and have to confirm it's yours before we hand it over! If you don't pick up a valuable (phone, wallet, keys) by the end of the event, they stay with the location (Oviedo Mall, etc) and anything more casual (hats, keychains, water bottles) will be kept with Gob and brought back to the next event!
What's it like inside?
Goblin Market will have vendors through the ENTIRE center walkway of the mall! Think of it as one reeeeeeealllllllly long row of artist alley at your favorite fan con! You can walk on either side, throughout the entire mall, from any entrance to any exit, and back again, and find over 200 gobs with art, pottery, crochet, baked goodies, stickers, original prints, vintage, clothes, plushies, and more!
Will it be cold inside?
No! Or more like, don't bet on it? The mall is air conditioned of course, but with this many guests coming and it getting hot hot HOT outside, we recommend everyone come prepared like we're still outside! Bring a water bottle, fan, sweat towel, good walking shoes, sunscreen- all the essentials, just in case!
Where can I eat?
In addition to the return of some beloved food vendors of baked goodies and drinks, the mall food court hosts a dozen options ranging from Asian food to fresh pasta, Mediterranean and more! They have ample seating for eating as well!
Where are the restrooms?
In the back of the food court, opposite of the regal theater entrance, you'll find restrooms, including family and accessible restrooms!
Can I fursuit?
Yes! We love our furry friends and encourage fursuit! Due to the mall's corporate policies, we ask folks to remove any full face coverings while roaming, but the meet up room will allow for full head coverings while inside so you can take photos at our photo wall and meet up with other fursuiters!
Can I cosplay?
Yes! In fact we encourage it! It doesn't have to be Halloween to find folks dressed like clowns, characters, and more! Due to the mall's corporate policies, we ask folks to remove any full face coverings while roaming, but the meet up room will allow for full headcoverings while inside so you can take photos at our photo wall and meet up with other cosplayers!
Can I bring my pet?
As of right now, the only pets allowed for our indoor events are service animals! These are trained animals on leashes! Folks who have them can check accessibility for a quick map of nearby grass areas safe for dog potty time and bowls for water!
Is cosplay allowed? Are there any restrictions?
Yes and yes! We encourage and love our cosplayers, fursuiters, and folks in awesome gear and outfits! Oviedo Mall has a policy against full face masks while roaming the mall, so keep that in mind! Head to the meetup room to take photos with friends in full fursuit & cosplay and meetup with friends!
What if I have questions the day of?
Find the Info Booth! There's 3 throughout the market, each will have maps, earplugs, free water, AND Gobs who can answer your questions and put you in the right direction!
Is Goblin Market accessible for disabled folks?
Yes! We're hosted at the Oviedo mall, an ADA compliant facility! We have accessible restrooms, accessibility seating, ear plugs, free water, and other amenities for all our gobs at the accessibility & info area, central in the mall!
